Summer Gymnastics:
Level 1–6

Skill-building, strength, and fun – summer style.

Looking for a way to keep your gymnast progressing through the summer months? Our Summer Level 1-6 classes are designed for school-aged athletes who want to keep building strength, flexibility, and technique in a fun, supportive environment.

These summer sessions follow the same foundational skill progression we use throughout the year, with plenty of drills, conditioning, and event training – all adapted for a flexible summer schedule. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or continuing their journey through the levels, we’ll help them grow at their own pace.

Classes are grouped by skill level to ensure every child is both challenged and encouraged.

What to Expect

  • Weekly 60 – 90 minute classes (based on level)
  • Ages: 6 and up
  • Structured warm-ups, drills, and progressions
  • Instruction on bars, beam, floor, and vault
  • Skill-based groupings for focused learning
  • Low coach-to-student ratios
  • No summer registration fee

Classes run from June through August, and you can enroll for the full summer or join in mid-season if space allows.
