Our program emphasizes performance, teamwork, and sportsmanship, preparing athletes to compete successfully across North Carolina.

Team Levels & Season
Our AAU Gymnastics Team offers five competitive levels:
- Copper: Introductory competitive level with foundational routines.
- Bronze: Advanced Beginner level with more requirements.
- Silver: Intermediate level emphasizing strength, flexibility, and skill execution.
- Gold: Advanced intermediate level with increased routine difficulty.
- Platinum: The highest competitive level, demanding superior technical precision and advanced gymnastics skills.
- Competitive Season Duration: January through May.
- Practice Schedule: 2 days per week, year round.
