Q. Can I start at any time?

Yes! We have 2 sessions: School Year (Labor Day – Memorial Day), and Summer (June, July, August). You are automatically enrolled for the entire session, unless you let us know in writing that you are dropping.

Q. How do I enroll?

Please register online!  Simply go to the program that is grade appropriate for your child and click “Register” for the program you want. Follow the prompts. All students must sign up for each session, Summer & School Year. Each family’s (non-refundable) $50 Annual Registration Fee will be charged to your account upon registration in the School Year Session. (NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR SUMMER SESSION)

Q. What do the children wear in class?

All girls must wear a gymnastics leotard!  A leotard is a one piece outfit that we sell in our Pro Shop. Boys wear shorts or sweatpants, and a t-shirt. All gymnasts go barefoot for safety – no socks! Long hair must be tied back.

Q. What is the payment policy?

Your tuition reserves your child’s place in gymnastics class, and is charged immediately upon registration. We don’t require the entire session to be paid at once; instead, we operate on a convenient monthly auto-pay system. Class tuition is charged on the last day of every month for the upcoming month.  Afterschool Care & Gym & Learn Preschool is automatically debited every week on Friday, for the upcoming week.  Summer Camps are debited the Monday BEFORE your week of camp!  All tuition payments need to be guaranteed with a credit card, debit card, or checking account number, kept on file in our secure computer class management system. While we always accept cash, checks, and credit card payments before the tuition due date, all unpaid tuition balances will be automatically debited from your account on the last business day of the month for the upcoming month.  There are 2 Sessions: School Year Session (Labor Day – Memorial Day) & Summer Session (June – August). You are considered enrolled and responsible for tuition, unless you notify us by email BEFORE tuition is run for the upcoming month, if you decide to drop before the session ends.  During the School Year Session, after your first month, tuition is Auto Drafted on the last business day of the month for the upcoming month. After School and Gym & Learn Tuition is Auto Drafted on Friday morning for the upcoming week. *Summer Camp tuition is charged on the Monday before the upcoming week, and is non-refundable, and non-transferable, except with a doctor’s note.  Auto Draft can be done with a bank checking account, credit card, or debit card. Payments can also be managed through the Customer Portal or paid in person, BEFORE the Auto Draft Day, but your child cannot be enrolled without payment information ON FILE.  In the event that your credit card is invalid for any reason and we are unable to collect tuition, after 10 days your child will be automatically DROPPED FROM THE PROGRAM, and your spot will be given to someone else.  In order to re-enroll, your past due debt will need to be paid in full.

Q.   What if we miss our class?                                                                                                                                                      

Sorry, we do not offer make-up classes for missed classes; we are at capacity for all classes, and allowing make-ups would put us over the ratio, which would be unfair for the teachers and the children in the class.

 

Q. What if my child wants to quit before the session is over?

Please notify us by going to “Contact Us” on our website and letting us know your drop date.  This must be done before we charge your account on the last business day of the month for the upcoming month. Remember, your Annual Registration Fee is good for the full School Year Session, so if you decide to come back within that time, your registration is still in effect. There are no refunds or credits issued once we have run the tuition charges for the month. Once the month has begun, you are in the class for the entire month, regardless of attendance, except for medical conditions. For medical conditions verified by a doctor’s note, we will issue a prorated credit or refund based on the date we receive the doctor’s note.
